|Division ALS identifies Service Providers|
The Division of Negros Occidental had forged partnerships with the Sipalay Teachers Employees and Credit Corporation, Inc. (SIPTECCI) and with the Paghidaet Ko Foundation, Inc. (PKFI) as two of its Service Providers which had complied with requirements of the BALS in the implementation of its major programs.
SIPTECCI based in Sipalay City, Negros Occidental supports the Basic Literacy Program (BLP) with 6 learning groups of 25 learners as well as the Accreditation and Equivalency while the PKFI in Talisay City maintains 5 learning groups of 90 learners for Accreditation and Equivalency. The Division is positive on increasing the number of service providers as Mrs. Melanda S. Guanzon, ES-1 for ALS puts it, “Love is not love until you give it away.”
