Purpose: Print
•   To respond to the special needs of the region and divisions by mobilizing and equitably distributing the resources from stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of quality basic education.
•   To ensure effective and efficient implementation of special programs and services in the  region & divisions.
 
Functions Print
1.Establish structures and mechanism to implement policies and to comply with standards.
    •Identify needed and available resources
    •Establish partnership with internal & external stakeholders
    •Mobilize human, financial and material resources
    •Prepare priority list of recipient regional units and schools divisions
2.Provide technical assistance in the implementation of Special Programs/Events and Services.
3.Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities
